  • 20g butter
  • 10g cream
  • 20g sliced bacon
  • 40g Chanterelle mushrooms Onion
  • 40g rocket
  • 6g vinaigrette

  • Make scrambled eggs and stop the cooking process with the butter and cream.
  • Sauté the Chanterelle mushrooms and chopped onions in butter.
  • Fry the parsley and bacon.
  • Open the Baguettine to 2/3, make thin slices of croutons
  • Arrange the scrambled eggs on the hollowed-out Half-Baguette, add the bacon, Chanterelle mushrooms and croutons.
  • Decorate with rocket and parsley.
